This is our first pregnancy and we availed of the private Antenatal class. The Myhomecare Midwife came to our home at a time that suited us. We were able to ask all the questions we had. Overall it was brilliant we learned more in this 2 hour class than we did in the last 8 months. The Midwife was amazing and we felt so at ease. I would love to have the Midwife with me during labour.

I was struggling to wean my third baby who was 10 weeks old from exclusive breastfeeding to taking some breastmilk in a bottle. I contacted Myhomecare Maternity services for help. The Midwife came to my home 2 days later for a one hour consultation. The service was very professional and the Midwife was so caring and reassuring. The advice was so practical and baby Eli was taking breastmilk from a bottle within 2 days. Following the consultation the Midwife put together the care plan and emailed it to me so I was able to refer back to it.

Following the birth of our first baby I ended up developing an infection. I was struggling with the care of my baby and I contacted Myhomecare Maternity services. We had a Maternity support worker come to our home several days a week for 4 weeks. The support and care was fantastic. The Maternity support worker had an extensive background in childcare and care of the new born and she was also a mum herself and this really put our minds at ease. The Maternity support worker worked on her own initiative caring for my baby and allowed me to get the rest I needed. The Maternity support worker was a vital support to us at a time when we really needed it. I would highly recommend this service.
