Danielle Blower

Associate Director

Danielle is a qualified Registered Nurse since 2002 and has worked in all areas of nursing. While her passion is community care, her background ranges from Orthopaedic, paediatric, cardiac, gerontology, surgical and medical to vascular, renal, respiratory and urology. Danielle also has many extensive expertise in Tracheostomy, Ventilation, Diabetes, and Wound care. Danielle has been with Servisource since 2008. During this time, she has held several roles within the healthcare and homecare divisions including Homecare Nurse Manager, Clinical Nurse Manager and currently Clinical Homecare National Lead for Myhomecare. A graduate of UCC, Danielle a highly skilled and experienced nurse specialist has a keen interest in developments within the sector, research and the implementation of evidence-based practice in healthcare. She also oversees the national team of care managers, clinical assessors, recruiters, booking coordinators and support staff who provide a high level of experience and diverse skillset to healthcare. Danielle was also instrumental in developing our Educational Support Worker division as she has a keen interest in patient centered care.

Jennifer Larkin

Account Manager North

Jennifer has been working with the CPL Group since October 2014, starting as an administrator and then joined the Myhomecare.ie team fulltime in August 2015 as Client Care Co-Ordinator. She gained an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the business and has worked her way through the ranks within the Myhomecare team. She brings to Myhomecare.ie her passion for providing service excellence and the highest standards of care to all service users. Jennifer has developed a strong customer focus and is dedicated to further developing Myhomecare.ie in the DNE area. Jennifer has many years’ experience in customer service and is a trained ECDL tutor and brings a great deal of patience and understanding to this role.

Deirdre Doyle

Account Manager South

Deirdre has 5 years’ experience in the homecare industry. In her current role, Deirdre provides general recruitment administration support, advertising roles using social media, screening and assessing applications and conducting reference checking of suitable candidates, finally issuing contracts and setting up new starters on our system. She has worked closely with the HSE and Public Health Nurses to ensure that those who wish to be cared for in their own homes can be provided with a quality and professional service. Deirdre herself is fully qualified Healthcare Assistant. A dedicated professional Deirdre brings her skills, enthusiasm, experience and attention to detail to this role.

Donna McCrystal

Client Care Manager

Donna, Client Care Manager for the West of Ireland joined Myhomecare in October 2017. Donna has come to Myhomecare with 20 years’ experience in the Health Care Industry on various levels. Her primary experience is in the domiciliary care sector and has also managed services in a Nursing home and Residential Care home settings in Northern Ireland and the UK. Donna has a passion for providing high quality services and ensures her team work with the same ethos. She has a wealth of knowledge in growing the business and maintaining good relationships with her customers. Donna’s career started at a young age within her family business in Northern Ireland, who was one of the first private care agencies in NI. Donna continuously seeks opportunities to advance her skills and experience within the health care sector for professional development.

Cliodhna O’Connell

Client Care Manager

Cliodhna has been working with the CPL Group since September 2013. Cliodhna began working as part of Homecare as a Carer providing support to Clients in the South Homecare region. She gained a wealth of experience throughout her time in this division which lead to her being offered a position to work as part of the myhomecare team as the Homecare Assessor for South Homecare. She ensures all clients’ needs are met by supplying staff in a timely and efficient manner. Cliodhna is one of the first members of the Team to meet New Clients and carry out Assessments. Cliodhna has developed a strong customer focus which is essential as she is one of the main Contacts for the Clients. Another key element in Cliodhna’s daily duties is Client Care and Business Development.

Marina O’Connor

Client Care Manager

Marina O’Connor joined Myhomecare in April 2016 as a Client Care Co-Ordinator. Marina completed and HR course in 2016 and had a lot of administration experience which she felt she could bring to the role of Client Care Co-Ordinator. Marina’s duties include the sourcing and recruiting of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants. In this role, Marina places advertisements, arranges interviews and screens candidates. Marina ensures all candidates’ compliance documents are in order and up to date, finally issuing contracts and making these applicants active and ready to begin employment. Marina really enjoys her role and feels that she is an asset to the team she has joined. Outside of work Marina likes mountain climbing and Zumba and likes to keep active.

Molly McHugh

Client Care Manager

Molly Mc Hugh EN, RGN also completed Honours Degree in Nursing. Have experience in working in an acute ward as a Senior Staff Nurse ensuring the smooth running of same. Delegating staff to appropriate area ensuring skill mix that staff have skills and knowledge to carry out care. Student preceptor ensuring they meet their learning needs and skills and have a good learning environment and good work experience. Worked as a nurse for over 25 years who worked in England and Northern Ireland.

Edel Hill

Clinical Nurse Manager

Edel Hill, Clinical Nurse Assessor joined Myhomecare in February 2015 as a Client Care Co-Ordinator, she then moved into her current role in May 2015 and remains in this position to date. Edel’s role of Clinical nurse assessor involves many different aspects including conducting initial assessments, developing individualised care plans, assisting in sourcing new staff and attending Multidisciplinary team meetings. Prior to this role, Edel worked as a staff nurse in Cope Foundation Cork for 2 years after graduating with a BSC Hons Degree in Intellectual Disability Nursing from University College Cork. Edel currently volunteers for a charity in Cork Called My Canine Companion which provides assistance dogs to children with autism. She finds this extremely rewarding as her extensive nursing experience is in working with both children and adults with intellectual disability and complex needs.

Susanne Kelly

Clinical Nurse Manager

Susanne Kelly was awarded her BSc in General Nursing in Sweden. After finishing her degree, Susanne moved to Ireland working as a general nurse in many places in DNE. Susanne came to work with Myhomecare in 2014 as a Myhomecare Nurse where she nursed numerous children with complex needs in Co. Louth. In December 2015 Suzanne began working as Myhomecare Nurse Assessor assessing the needs of clients in the community, writing care plans and supervising health care workers caring for clients in the community. It wasn’t long before Suzanne was promoted to Clinical Nurse Manager with Myhomecare, she still holds this position to date.

Rowena O’Donovan

Recruitment Coordinator

Rowena O’Donovan Placement Coordinator South Region joined Servisource in late 2014 and during this time has become an integral part of the Healthcare team. Rowena is responsible for all HSE and private healthcare clients in this area which shows her ability to multi task two highly demanding client sectors. Rowena has a very strong customer focus which is essential as she is the main point of contact with clients and staff alike. She ensures all client’s needs are met by supplying staff in a timely and efficient manner. Another key element of Rowena’s daily duties is compliance, all staff are monitored on a regular basis to ensure compliance before placing them with a client and sending them on relevant courses if required. Prior to working with Servisource, Rowena worked in the public sector in the property tax division where she perfected her calm telephone manner and her ability to deal with people in stressful situations. Rowena has a sense of adventure and is widely traveled.

Lorna Lynch

Recruitment Coordinator

Lorna Lynch Recruitment Administrator South Area 3 Region joined Servisource as a Temp in October 2017 and during that period was working with the Healthcare team to assist on their Administrators and Compliance during this time would have being dealing with candidates on a regular basis to ensure they were up to Hiqa standards before placing them with a Hospital setting. Then in August 2018 Lorna move over to Myhomecare to joined Area 3 team as the Recruitment Administrator. In this position Lorna works effectively with team members and taking direction as to staff disciplines required and matching candidates to client’s requirement. Prior to working with Servisource, Lorna has completed her Accounting Technicians Degree.

Ruth Gaffney

Recruitment Coordinator

Ruth Gaffney joined Myhomecare in July 2019 as Recruitment Administrator for Dublin Mid Leinster. She works out of our Dublin office in Merrion Square. She is responsible for recruiting Homecare Assistants, Nurses and Domestic Support Workers for all HSE and private clients. Another key part of Ruth’s duties is compliance, she must make sure that all the staff that she recruits, and current staff are compliant when being placed in client’s homes. She monitors their files on a regular basis and books the staff on any relevant courses that are needed. Prior to working with Myhomecare, Ruth achieved a 2:1 Business Degree and Higher Certificate from Technical University of Dublin. She also has experience of working as an Office Administrator, where she learned how to deal with clients in a professional manner.

Emilie O’Donaghue

Recruitment Coordinator

Emilie O Donaghue graduated with a 2:1 Hons Degree in Media and Politics from Dublin City University in 2019. Emilie has previously worked in the food manufacturing industry for a major Irish Dairy as a production planner within their manufacturing division. In May 2019 Emilie joined the Myhomecare team as a recruitment consultant for North Dublin and the North East region. This new role has allowed Emilie to utilise the skills from her Media degree in reaching a large audience across social media platforms in the promotion of our business, Emilie has embraced her role with Myhomecare and is passionate about making sure that the highest standard of work is delivered by contributing with a positive can do approach. Her main duties include sourcing, identifying new applicants, interviewing and assessing skill base to insure the applicant is the right fit for the roles required.
On a personal level Emilie is a keen sports woman having represented her county in Gaelic football, this experience has allowed her to develop her personal skills in leadership and in providing an understanding of what it takes to work within a high performance team environment.
