What does this mean?
Myhomecare hold the JCI Accreditation or the ‘JCI Gold Seal’ for our Patient Safety Program. It is awarded to companies proving outstanding excellence and dedication to quality and patient safety.
JCI is considered the world leader in healthcare accreditation and the author and evaluator of the most vigorous international standards in quality and patient safety. Myhomecare are one of 24 homecare companies globally to hold the gold seal.
Holding this gold seal shows that Myhomecare put patient safety and care at the centre of all that we do.
ISO 9001 2015 – Our Quality Management System
Myhomecare put our client & carer first! Our business strategy is built around your needs and your expectation of care services.
We complete a Client/Staff Satisfaction Survey annually and in a recent survey, 91% of our clients would and have recommended Myhomecare to others. Customer service is key to all that we do in Myhomecare, we are delighted to see such a result. All feedback is actioned, our aim is to continuously improve our service.
All of the business operations are audited externally every year to esure we are compliant with our quality management system.
We successfully achieved our ISO accreditation again this year and continue year on year to strive for this very respected achievement.
ISO 27001 2013 – Our data security system
In advance of the May 25th deadline last year Myhomecare completed a program of review where all aspects of our work processes are now GDPR compliant.
A specialised project team was set up to oversee and govern GDPR.
A privacy officer & DPO of the overall group was appointed. Both employees lead the GDPR team to great success and now, in 2019 the business has implemented ISO27001. The implementation of this security management system is confirmation that Myhomecare protect your data. We put high level audited processes in place to ensure the business are fully GDPR compliant.
Business All Star Accreditation
We successfully achieved the much-respected Business All Star Accreditation this year.
The company acquired the prestige for outstanding quality under the three pillars of All-Ireland Business All-Star accreditation — Performance, Trust and Customer Centricity.
