Myhomecare is a nationwide HSE approved home care and home nursing specialist provider. They deliver safe, high quality, cost effective homecare solutions complemented by 24/7 telehealth monitoring. They employ highly qualified homecare workers who provide a range of holistic services meeting the physical and emotional needs of their care recipients promoting safer better healthcare.
The Care Team is an innovative organisation set up by nurses who have worked in the community for a number of years. They provide services such as Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, Dietetics, Speech and Language Therapy under the one umbrella. This unique model blends all health professional services within the home environment and has proven to have exceptional results for the patients that access it.
Contact Care is a homecare company that provides services to Older Persons and Young Adults with disabilities. They have an established and unique partnership with “Doctor on Duty” which provides an on-call service on behalf of 600 GP’s in Dublin and is the back-up call centre service to Contact Care’s on-call service.
Home Assist Healthcare is an Irish, family-owned experienced and professional provider of quality homecare in Sligo, Leitrim, Donegal, Cavan and Monaghan. In addition to their homecare services they have set up a meals and wheels service and community laundry services in response to the needs of their local communities.
Continuity of Care
Allied Therapeutic Homecare place great emphasis on maintaining continuity of care by allocating the same Home Care Workers to the same Service User on a continuous basis. This helps to build trust and develops closer relationships between the home care worker and the care recipient.
The ATH Training department specialises in equipping candidates with the repertoire of skills required in modern homecare delivery. The courses can be delivered ‘As Gaeilge’ to support Home Care Workers and Service Users in Gaeltacht regions. With the assistance of their mobile training unit, training is brought to clients and candidates at a time and place to suit them. Home Care Workers can simply login to servisourcetraining.ie and book a training course at a location and time to suit them.
