With thousands of local people expected to attend the Louth Age Friendly Business Fair at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dundalk, it promises to be a fun filled day with plenty to see.
Louth is Ireland’s first age-friendly county, and a multitude of business and services for older people will be on display at the third annual fair. From roaring success year on year, over 3,000 people annually have attended the event and experienced an array of innovative products and services that will enhance and secure our lives as we live longer.
The special guest on the day will be businessman Gavin Duffy, star of RTE Dragons Den and chairperson of the Louth Age Friendly Business Forum.

Listen to informative talks on matters that concern older people including Cardiac First Responder Programmes and Dementia Friendly Communities

Guest speakers in the “Parlour” will be Barry Hennessey who will speak about the Linked Community Cardiac First Responder Scheme and also Marie Hayes & Mary Gaughran who will talk about Dementia Supports in Community.
The event is supported by the Louth Age-Friendly County Initiative, Age-Friendly Business Forum, Louth Economic Forum, Dundalk Chamber of Commerce and Louth Older Peoples Forum.
